04-28-2025 A word of the Lord spoken through one of His vessels
When you are broken, turn to the cross and remember what was done at the cross. Fixing your eyes on the Lord means reminding yourself that the Lord is your God and your deliverer. He is in your future so the things you fear right now will have no impact on God’s journey in your life, unless you walk away from Him. By coming to the cross again and again and giving your sins to Him as a gift, He is more than happy to take your sins and in exchange give you His nature. When you continue coming to Him, He is pleased with your mentality that you do not give up.
Some of the struggles we have are not about deliverance but about overcoming. You will face the temptation that you struggle with over and over again until you overcome it. When you struggle, know that the door of heaven is open to you, and you will overcome with the power of the Holy Spirit. You have to overcome what you failed. You are called to be an overcomer.
One thing about overcomers is they pray. Your prayer means your dedication, and without prayer things won’t go anywhere. It’s in prayer God gives you more power. As you are turning to the Lord and saying, “Lord, this is my struggle”, know the Lord will be filling your cup and empowering you. When you are not turning to the Lord the power of the cross does not manifest, but as soon you turn, He shows up. By turning to the Lord, you also remind the enemy of the power of the cross.
In your mind, look to the cross right now. Remember yourself in the Lord and allow the Lord to take what He needs to take out of you.
